Tineke den Dekker Manager Education & Learning

At DRIFT, Tineke is first and foremost involved in setting up, coordinating and facilitating courses and trainings for the DRIFT Transition Academy. DRIFT offers these both as tailor-made in-company tracks and as open sign-up courses. On top of that, she is involved in multiple projects and responsible for both the operational and strategic goals of the DRIFT Transition Academy.

After finishing a master’s in social and organisational psychology, Tineke gained a lot of work experience in financial services. She worked on multiple roles here, from advisor to manager, and from coordinator to business consultant. A red thread for her has always been working on multiple initiatives at once and achieving beautiful results through teamwork. Once she completed DRIFT’s Transition Management course, she became motivated to do work with more positive impact. It was now time for Tineke to start contributing more concretely to accelerating transitions.

When Tineke isn’t working for DRIFT you can find her in her allotment garden. Gardening is one thing, but she most enjoys being outside, close to everything that lives and grows there. She also enjoys reading, hearing and watching great stories.
