Workshop: decision-making in the circular economy
15 sep, 2020
It’s lacking – a structured process for deciding if (and how substantially) to support circular initiatives, primarily because a tool to systematically navigate these decisions does not yet exist. So we’re inviting decision-makers and researchers working on the circular economy to join our workshop on 15 September, to discuss with you a potential solution.
We would like to invite you to our upcoming workshop to co-create and bring together various circular economy stakeholders from different sectors and domains. We’ll start with our analysis of the problems around decision-making in the circular economy: that circular innovations are often created and supported (through funding and policy) unsystematically. Then, we offer a visual heuristic as one potential solution, which you could make use of in your work – we’re looking for your input in the meantime to develop it in a way that works best for you!
This workshop allows you to be among the first to see the tool, and gives you the opportunity to discuss and critique its usability, conciseness, and applicability. With your input on the tool, which is still in working form, we can improve how it could support you, what are its shortcomings, and howit can become a valuable resource to you.
Interested? This free workshop will take place on Tuesday, September 15, 2020, 10:00-12:30 via Zoom. Reserve your spot by contacting Rachel Greer at greer@drift.eur.nl to sign up.
