Webinar: meeting online with Zoom

23 mrt, 2020

How do you organize effective and fun meetings when you are homebound? As an office with many international ties and projects, DRIFTers are pretty used to online gatherings. We share our experiences in our Zoom-webinar on Monday March 23. Do we see you there – online?

Would you rather join a Zoom about Zooming in Dutch? We organize a Dutch session on Thursday March 17, 09.30: you can find the details here.

We need to stay home in the coming weeks to flatten the curve. Online conferencing enables us to minimize physical contact while we continue our work – or even tighten our social connections.

At DRIFT, online meetings and webinars are a recurring phenomenon. For these meetings, lectures and more, we use Zoom: it is an indispensable tool in international projects where distance prevents us from meeting physically, but also helps to reduce commuting hours and the accompanying emissions.

We want to share our experiences with Zoom – although we are still learning ourselves – to support you in continuing your work online! Join our Zoom-zoom on Monday March 23 with Sarah Rach, and Giorgia Silvestri to learn:

  • What Zoom is and why you should use it;
  • How to Zoom and use different options (from organizing a meeting to screen-sharing and designing breakout rooms)
  • How you organize an online meeting that is effective, interactive, and of course fun.

Do we see you next Monday – online?
