Kali den Heijer Project Manager

As the Project Manager for DRIFT, Kali provides support on proposals, financial reports, capacity planning, and compliance for the wide variety of research, consulting, and training projects that DRIFT undertakes. She enjoys learning about the diverse projects and that her work requires her to connect with all DRIFTers. She is especially interested in linking research with policy and practices.

Before joining DRIFT, Kali worked as a Research Portfolio Manager at the Harvard School of Engineering and Applied Sciences and prior to that as the Program Coordinator for Evidence for Policy Design at the Center for International Development at the Harvard Kennedy School. Kali holds a Master of Arts in Law and Diplomacy from the Fletcher School at Tufts University.

Outside of work, Kali sings with an international choir and finds time for gardening and practicing calligraphy.
