Future master students: Are you eager to reduce inequalities? Would you like to contribute to solving crises like the energy crisis? Then the new Master Societal Transitions is for you. This Erasmus University Rotterdam master programme helps you to become a transformative leader, capable of understanding, interpreting and actually working on complex societal sustainability challenges.
In 2023, for the first time, master students in the Netherlands will be able to take a full, year-long master’s on societal sustainability and justice transitions. The master is jointly organised by DIT, DRIFT, ESSB, ESPhil, IHS, ISS, and RSM.

The Master Societal Transitions combines core courses that bring in state-of-the art knowledge from transition management, philosophy, economics, management, leadership, law, public administration and sociology, with reflexive tracks that support personal learning processes through intervision, dialogue and learning diaries.
